Printing is done on acrylic as well as in all flat surfaces using a flatbed UV printing technology. Unlike offset, printing is made easy and reliable over the press of a button. Rotary printing is also done using the same technology occasionally. This process is done on acrylic for a wide range of applications like invitations, cake toppers, event banners, customized photo gifts, photo coins, invitation stickers, QR code scanners etc. Easy for proof checking and results are instant with high quality. 

Acrylics of different colors are processed using laser cutting and engraving. The colors of acrylic commonly used are: Golden Mirror, Silver Mirror, Rose Gold Mirror, Black, Transparent etc. Depending on requirements, cutting is collaborated with engraving to highlight the main content in the product. 

Whilst laser engraving provide good results, close examination of engraved part shows smudged areas and to avoid that, fiber marking is implemented. In this technology, the same acrylic is fiber marked instead of engraving the output is substantially precise in comparison with engraving. Jobs based only on quality and not production are done in this technology. 

Digital Printing on flat surfaces extends into the devotional sector as well where the images of god & goddess are printed in all types of non-reflective material. Transparent acrylic provides a realistic finishing in this aspect and for cost effectiveness, white acrylic and MDF sheets are considered too. The finished product can be utilized for complimentary purposes too apart from a business perspective. 

Laser cutting is done on different acrylic surfaces and the bits are combined together for a finished art. Engraving is also done on certain parts of acrylic depending on requirements. The variety of acrylic preferred decides the elegance of the final product.
